KI had an excellent experience at this clinic after my accident. First off, the facility is incredibly clean, organized, and well-maintained, which immediately put me at ease when I walked through the door.
The front desk and support staff are fantastic — extremely well-mannered, friendly, and approachable. They treat you like a person, not just another file, which made the whole administrative process completely stress-free.
As for the medical care, the doctors are top-tier. They are thoroughly professional, knowledgeable, and amazing at what they do. They took the time to listen to my concerns and put together a clear recovery plan.
If you are dealing with the aftermath of an accident, this is the place to go. Huge thanks to the entire team!

I had an incredible experience at Arrowhead Decatur Office from start to finish. The entire team is welcoming, professional, and genuinely cares about your well-being. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and at ease thanks to the friendly staff and calming environment.
The chiropractor took the time to really listen to my concerns, thoroughly explain my condition, and walk me through a personalized treatment plan. I never felt rushed or like “just another patient.” The adjustments were gentle yet highly effective, and I noticed a significant improvement in my pain and mobility after just a few visits.
What really stood out to me was the careful workmanship and the commitment to holistic care.
NMy experience with arrowhead clinic was extremely and pleasantly surprising. I’d heard the commercials, but I have never experienced it myself. I absolutely feel like I’m in good hands with them immediately my sinuses, my back and shoulder felt relief from not only the accident, but an adjustment that I need it all in my life. I’m still in therapy, but I know that I will be back on track in no time the staff is caring, compassionate and understanding by 100% recommend this facility. Dr.Louis is especially gifted and receptionist Tamika is always pleasant t!!!t

VThe entire staff is very professional and care about the well-being of their clients. They go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable during each visit. I really enjoy the adjustments the most. I can tell my body is now healing properly.

JVery polite, professional, and attentive staff. The doctor is also just as pleasant. They are Knowledgeable and have updated equipment. The facility is clean and welcoming.

Amazing service. The staff is very friendly, the place is clean and so is the equipment. I couldn’t think of a better place to get treated. Shout out to Tameka and Trina - they always make sure it’s a great visit.

great service all around!! front desk, back office great team and amazing attitude. very helpful and attentive asking how i’m feeling. i look forward coming in everyday for my treatment. Amazing staff and great doctors!!
